Foundational to Meghan’s teaching, is her deeply held belief that yoga offers invaluable tools to help us train the art of compassionate self inquiry, self regulation and ultimately, liberation.

Meghan draws on modern science, ancient wisdom and her love of movement to create programming designed to meet the needs of her students.

Generally speaking, Vinyasa classes are breath centered, sequencing is anatomically informed and designed to cultivate a balance between strength and flexibility in the body.

Restorative classes are quiet, dark, still and well supported.

Meghan’s teaching has been shaped by many, but is most directly influenced by her primary teachers, Jason Crandell and Judith Hanson Lasater.

Classes are often challenging, always thoughtful and are designed to send students on a path to feeling clear, steady, multi-dimensional and balanced.
