Tuesday’s 5:45 pm Vinyasa class is held at Midcoast Strong which is located at 143 Maverick Street, Rockland.

Saturday’s 9:00 am Vinyasa class is held at the Rockport Opera House 6 Central Street, Rockport, Maine, 04856

Select your class on the right and click “sign up.” You’ll be prompted to pay with credit card or Paypal.

IN-PERSON CLASSES : Drop in group classes are $20 per class with the option to purchase a 5 class pack ($85) or a 10 class pack ($150). These packages have an expiration of one year from the date of purchase.

All in-person classes are included in auto renewing monthly subscriptions. To purchase a class package, please select “View Products/Packages” to the right.

ZOOM CLASSES : Zoom classes are $15 per class

UNLIMITED MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION : Billed at $100 per month. This option is an auto renewing payment that is charged at the same time every month (but cancel or hold anytime). This option gives unlimited access to ALL zoom, in-person classes and unlimited access to my video library for on-demand yoga videos. After purchasing, you’ll receive a code for access to all.
