WHOLE BODY BALANCING
This practice is all about slowing down and bringing balance back to the whole body - no vinyasa flow required. If you love sports or activities that rely on repetitive motion like tennis, kayaking, golf, hiking (or even just hours at the computer), you know how easy it is for certain muscles to get overworked while others get overlooked. There’s nothing wrong with that—those motions build strength and skill—but every now and then it feels good to give the body a chance to reset and rebalance. That’s exactly what this session is here for.
In this practice, you’ll explore:
Anterior shoulder opening and flossing to support full rotation of the joint
Hip flexor and quad lengthening for mobility and ease
Chest opening to counter rounding forward
A supported backbend for spaciousness and release
It’s a gentle, intentional way to unwind patterns of repetition, create more openness, and leave your body feeling refreshed and aligned.
