    This practice is all about slowing down and bringing balance back to the whole body - no vinyasa flow required. If you love sports or activities that rely on repetitive motion like tennis, paddling, biking, (or even just hours at the computer) you know how easy it is for certain muscles to get overworked while others get overlooked. This class helps to rebalance it all.
